International Children’s Language School (ICLS)
International Children’s Language School (ICLS) is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified ESL Instructor for our school located north of Seoul.
We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a positive, engaging, and effective learning environment for elementary and middle school students.
Working Conditions and Schedule
- Work Schedule: Five-day workweek (Monday–Friday)
- Teaching Hours: 5 hours and 10 minutes of instruction per day
- Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (including a 40-minute break)
- Preparation Time: Teachers are expected to arrive by 2:00 PM for lesson preparation
- Schedule Stability: Class schedules remain consistent throughout the academic year
- Student Profile: Highly motivated elementary and middle school students
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Competitive monthly salary ranging from 2.6 to 3.0 million KRW
- Housing: Single-occupancy apartment provided
- Airfare: Round-trip airfare provided for candidates hired from outside Korea
- Severance Pay: One month’s salary upon completion of a one-year contract

Candidate Qualifications
Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BA/BS or higher)
- Prior teaching experience strongly preferred
- TESOL or Early Childhood Education certification is an advantage
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their academic development
- Alignment with the mission and values of International Children’s Language School
